PLACING AN ORDER & DELIVERY

1. Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we accept orders over the phone but only through our online shopping site

2. How to track my order?

Your order status is updated to you by emails at every step. As your order is placed you will receive email with order details, and when your order is dispatched we will again send you email with tracking details. If you don't see any updates, Please check your spam email. In the case of delays, you will receive a special update from to us through email.

3. What will be the delivery time of my order?

Your order will be delivery to at your doorstep minimum 5 to 7 working days in India and minimum 15 to 20 working days for our international client.

4. How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you have to get in touch with our customer care within 12 hours of the order. If already dispatched then cannot be cancelled.

5. I have already placed the order. How can I add the item in my order?

You cannot add an item to the order which has already been placed, but, however, you can simply place another order by selecting more than one product before placing the order.

6. Which courier you use to deliver the order?

Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

7. I am placing an order as a gift to someone. Will that person receive the price tags and invoice?

Yes, because of the prevalent regulations we sent the invoice along with the product. Tags are also kept attached so that the product can be returned if the receiver faces any problem with it.

8. How will I know if the order is successfully placed?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation over email. This will contain all the details related to your order and also be viewed at My Account

9. What are the shipping charges?

International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

10. Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we do ship outside of India to every corner of the world.

ONLINE PAYMENT

11. How can I make payment?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation over email. This will contain all the details related to your order and also be viewed at My Account.

12. If I had placed an order through net banking/credit/debit card but the order was not successful will the money be deducted from my bank account?

Please check your bank account to ensure if it has been debited. And if it has been debited after a payment failure, it will normally be rolled back by the bank within 7 business days.

13. If the money has been credited to my bank account, will it be refunded it within 3 days of my request?

Receipts of the refund would depend on the payment mode chosen by you like Net Banking: 3-5 business days Debit Card: 5-8 business days Credit card: 8-21 business days.

CUSTOM DUTY

14. Do I need to pay customs charges?

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

15. What is your Exchange policy?

If there are size problem then you can exchange your purchase within 24 hours, you need to contact our customer service via email care@sachins.com by sending us defected product picture. Your product will be replaced if and only that product with your desirable size is available if not so then you will get 100% cash back or you can replace your product with a new one. You can also click on (OUR CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY).

16. What if I get a defect product?

Within 24 hours you need to contact our customer service via a mobile number (+919825108259) or email (care@sachins.com) by sending us defected product picture. We will be happy to replace your product if only same product is available with us or you will get 100% cash back or you can replace your product with a new one.
